Scheduling: We develop and maintain project schedules, outlining the sequence of tasks and milestones required to complete the project. They coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that work is scheduled appropriately and that deadlines are met.

Budget Management: At ICI Projects we take full  responsibility for managing the project budget, monitoring expenses, and controlling costs throughout the construction process. They identify potential cost overruns and implement strategies to mitigate them while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Control: We oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used in the construction project. They establish quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address any issues or deficiencies to ensure that the finished project meets or exceeds client expectations.

Communication and Coordination:  ICI Projects serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination between the client, design team, contractors, and other parties involved in the project.
